Often as part of the preparation for a wedding, or other formal dress event, many women decide a tan would be the perfect finishing touch!

Tanning parties are a great idea for getting your bridesmaids, mother and future mother-in-law a wonderful tan for your wedding also.

Two Months Before....
Now is a good time to get a trial tan. It will give you plenty of time to decide on the depth of colour you require. Digits Beauty always recommend that you have a trial run done at least 4-6 weeks before your special occasion.

Six Weeks Before....
Arrange to have any waxing done now and then book a further appointment three days prior to your wedding. Waxing should be done 24 hours before tanning, as hair removal will remove your fake tan.

Three Days Before....
Final waxing appointment.

Two Days Before....
Book your tan for two days before the wedding. To prevent any rub off on your dress, exfoliate your skin before your wedding. For proper exfoliation avoid loofas or standard shower scrubs as these can be too harsh. Instead of this use Fake Bake Body Polish as this will create the perfect base prior to your tan. Scrub thoroughly, but gently all over with overlapping circular motions. Pay extra attention to thicker skin areas, such as hands, feet, knees and elbows.
